The property is located 8 km from the centre of Íllora, 10 km from Montefrío and 40 km from Granada. Furthermore, supermarkets, restaurants and various tourist attractions are just a short drive away. Parking is available on the property and in front of the building. Please note that the country house is located in a rural mountain area and a car is required to reach it (there is no public transport). Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. There are security cameras covering the driveway and the entrance. The pool can be heated in winter for a fee.
